The Temple of Flora from Robert John Thornton is probably the most sumptuous and renowned of all great flower illustrations. It contains thirty-one plates which were produced by a variety of techniques, including aquatint, mezzotint, stipple, and line engraving. The impressions were printed in colour and finished by hand.
Nouvelle Decor Art Tiles are 6 x 6 inches. Each illustration is placed in a traditional Greek Vase with a black 7 x 7 inch hardwood frame - ready for hanging. Each tile is available with a presenation box.
